ASSOCIATION DUES
The Community Association levies an annual assessment which is fixed by the Board of Directors. The Assessment is based upon assessed valuation of the property listed on the County Assessor's tax rolls. The Association assessment bills are mailed in October and are due annually on the first Monday in November.

The Association uses assessment revenue to pay for road maintenance and repairs, consultant fees, gate operations and maintenance of the gatehouses, association and gate staff, bridle trails, general area maintenance and administration.
