Rolling Hills Community Association 
Rolling Hills is a gated, residential community on the Palos Verdes Peninsula in Southern California.  The Rolling Hills Community Association (RHCA) is the homeowners association for the City of Rolling Hills and shares the same boundaries as the City.
The community has just under 700 homes and covers an area of three square miles. Homes are single-family residences on lots of at least one acre. All homes are ranch-style in design and all lots are  zoned for keeping horses.

Need Wood Chips?

Often tree trimming companies are happy to drop off wood chips from a recent job at little to no expense to you. It is your responsibility to have the wood chips spread on your property. Call your local tree trimming company to inquire!

Green Waste Chipping May 28th
Tuesday, May 28th, 8:00 A.M.
Free chipping happening Tuesday, May 28th. Leave items to be chipped in front of your home at the roadside, courtesy of the Rolling Hills Community Association. Green waste must be at the roadside by 8:00 A.M. Tuesday, May 28th.
  • Green waste must be 10" or smaller in diameter to fit into the chipper.
  • No palm fronds or cactus.
  • Wood chips will be hauled away unless instructed to leave on the property.
