Rolling Hills Community Association 
Rolling Hills is a gated, residential community on the Palos Verdes Peninsula in Southern California.  The Rolling Hills Community Association (RHCA) is the homeowners association for the City of Rolling Hills and shares the same boundaries as the City.
The community has just under 700 homes and covers an area of three square miles. Homes are single-family residences on lots of at least one acre. All homes are ranch-style in design and all lots are  zoned for keeping horses.

Friendly Reminder about Transponders

Our office is unable to apply transponders to cars in the rain. The adhesive for the stickers must cure in dry conditions and remain dry for 48 hours after application.

Change to Pedestrian/Equestrian Entry policy

As of December 1, 2017, the RHCA's policy for non-resident equestrian and pedestrian entry is as follows:
For Equestrians:  Trail badges have been extended for non-resident equestrians until March 30, 2018.  At that time, equestrians must re-apply to obtain a new trail badge.  Riders who do not have a trail badge may enter if they are on a resident's guest list.
For Pedestrians: Trail badges will expire on December 1, 2017 for all non-resident pedestrians (hikers, runners).  As of December 1st, pedestrians must be on a resident's guest list to enter the community and to use the bridle trails.
